By installing or using Web Data Scraper, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Web Data Scraper provides tools to extract data from web pages you view and export results (CSV/JSON/XLSX, clipboard copy, and Google Sheets export if connected).
If you sign in via Google OAuth, we create an account record associated with your email address in order to track usage and enforce free-plan quotas (for example: rows processed, runs, detail-page opens, or similar limits).
You agree not to attempt to bypass quotas, manipulate usage tracking, or otherwise abuse the service.
If you connect Google OAuth, you authorize Web Data Scraper to use the scopes shown on the Google consent screen, including access to your email
(.../auth/userinfo.email) and access to only the specific Google Drive files you use with Web Data Scraper (.../auth/drive.file) for export functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and managing permissions.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments and subscription management are processed through Creem (payment platform / Merchant of Record). Subscription access may be enabled or disabled based on payment status.
Trials (if offered): We may offer a free trial period (for example, 7 days). Trial availability, length, and eligibility may vary and are shown at checkout.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access remains available until the end of the current billing period (and the trial period, if applicable).
Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.

You agree not to use Web Data Scraper for unlawful activities, including violating applicable laws or third-party rights, unauthorized access to systems/data, or attempts to bypass security measures. You are responsible for complying with the terms/policies of the websites you interact with.
Web Data Scraper is provided “as is†and “as available.†We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all websites, or that extracted data will always be complete or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/data arising from use of the product.
We may suspend or terminate access to paid features if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes becomes acceptance of the updated Terms.
